About Ina Abuschenko-Matwejewa: Ina Abuschenko-Matwejewa was born in 1969 in Bernau, studied German language and literature/art studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin in 1988/89, from 1991-96 she studied paint/graphics at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. After graduating, she went to Berlin, studied for two years at the University of the Arts in the Art in Context course. With the birth of her daughter she moved to Eberswalde in 2008. In addition to her artistic activities, she has been working as an art and movement therapist in the Forensic Psychiatry Department in Eberswalde since 2010. Her exhibitions and scholarships took her through half of Europe, she received numerous scholarships and art awards, including scholarships from the Stiftung Kulturfond Berlin, Villa Serpentara, studio scholarship from the Akademie der Künste, art sponsorship award from the State of Brandenburg and most recently the Norway Scholarship, sponsored by the Ministry of Science, Art and Culture of the State of Brandenburg. Her works, in which she explores the tension between light and colour in her own way, have been shown in many places, including the KunstHaus Potsdam in 2019, the Galerie AE Potsdam, the Kunstverein Meissen e.V. Acerca de Ina Abuschenko-Matwejewa: Ina Abuschenko-Matwejewa nació en 1969 en Bernau, estudió lengua alemana y literatura/arte en la Universidad Humboldt de Berlín en 1988/89, de 1991-96 estudió pintura/gráfica en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Dresde. Tras licenciarse, se fue a Berlín, donde estudió dos años en la Universidad de las Artes en el curso de Arte en Contexto. Con el nacimiento de su hija se trasladó a Eberswalde en 2008. Además de sus actividades artísticas, desde 2010 trabaja como terapeuta de arte y movimiento en el Departamento de Psiquiatría Forense de Eberswalde. Sus exposiciones y becas la han llevado por media Europa, ha recibido numerosas becas y premios de arte, incluyendo becas de la Stiftung Kulturfond Berlin, Villa Serpentara, beca de estudio de la Akademie der Künste, premio de patrocinio de arte del Estado de Brandenburgo y más recientemente la Beca Noruega, patrocinada por el Ministerio de Ciencia, Arte y Cultura del Estado de Brandenburgo.
